Returns
- We do not accept the return of non-quality requirement.
- Customized products are not allowed to return and refund.
- Order cannot be cancelled once it’s in the proccessing stage.
- Please contact us at official@hatiis.com if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
- You must submit all return requests within 14days of your package being delivered. (Only for items shipped from Hatiis.com)
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
Note: Returns for a refund are credited to your original payment method.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Noted: Refund does not include the refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
We are unable to send merchandise return labels at this time.
How to get refund/exchange of the damaged/defected product?
- Email us within 14days of your package being delivered. Emails should include your order number and problem description, better with pictures.
- We will check with you about your requirement, refund or exchange.
- We will send you the return addressafter receiving your return request.
- Once we receive your package, we will processa refund/exchange in accordance with this policy. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Exchanged package will be delivered in 3-20 days.
Which carrier should I use to return?
We’d suggest to contact your nearest post office to return for a better customs clearance procedure.
Refunds/Exchanges of Sale Items
If you placed your order during a sale period, your order is NOT eligible for a refund. All orders placed during sales are non-refundable and are FINAL sale.
